This was the worst CNY for me. Still trauma until now. Blame it to hubby for his carelessness. This was wat happened.

We just came home from a friend visit. Someone's car parked at our house making us parking our car not in a proper way. When we entered the house, that car made a move. Ian followed me to the kitchen, Eugene was also behind me. Elise was sleeping on the living room floor. Then I suddenly hear gate being opened n I assume my hubby is going to moved the car n parked properly. I was looking in the living room n couldn't spot Eugene. I was shouting away asking hubby notto drive the car, he did not hear me and reverse. At that moment I heard cries. When I rushed out I saw Eugene underneath the car. I was screaming like hell asking hubby to drive front. When I picked up Eugene, I was oredi like half dead trembling all over. Another second I saw that all my neighbor was surrounding us. Ok, that means I shouted real loud.

Till now I still hate my hubby for not locking the gate after him. I know he doesn't want this to happen but it happened also because of his carelessness. So I'm not guilty for hating him.

I'm having a bad bad trauma now. The scene of Eugene underneath the car keep on playing in my mind.

DIY Training Pants.

Eugene is reluctant to wear cloth diapers nowadays. Might be following the elder brother and sister step on early potty train. Since my mil complained on Eugene wetting some place when she is not fast enuf to get him to the toilet, so I thought of sewing my own training pants. This is how it looks like.

Tested on Eugene, it look a little too big on him. I need to make it a little smaller so that it will fit him perfectly.

Ian's school trip to Sg Besi Airport, chocolate factory n Zoo Negara

Ian's school this year's school trip was to Sg Besi Airport, Chocolate factory and Zoo Negara. This time round I brought Elise along. My sister's kids were also in the same kindie which means I need to oversee more kids. The kids of coz enjoy their trip but I was death tired from the trip with shoulder n body ache.

A touching story that makes me tears.

This is not my 1st time reading this but I still cry when I read it again.

When i saw a cashier hand this little boy his money back, the boy couldn't have been more than 5 or 6 years old. The Cashier said, 'I'm sorry, but you don't have enough money to buy this doll.'' The little boy turned to the old woman next to him, ''Granny, are you sure I don't have enough money?'' She replied, ''You know that you don't have enough money to buy this doll, my dear.'' Then she asked him to stay there for just 5 minutes while she went to look around. She left quickly. The little boy was still holding the doll in his hand. Finally, I walked toward him and I asked him who he wished to give this doll to. 'It's the doll that my sister loved most and wanted so much for Christmas. She was sure that Santa Claus would bring it to her.' I replied to him that maybe Santa Claus would bring it to her after all, and not to worry. But he replied to me sadly. 'No, Santa Claus can't bring it to her where she is now. I have to give the doll to my mommy so that she can give it to my sister when she goes there.' His eyes were so sad while saying this, 'My Sister has gone to be with God. Daddy says that Mommy is going to see God very soon too, so I thought that she could take the doll with her to give it to my sister.'' My heart nearly stopped. The little boy looked up at me and said, 'I told daddy to tell mommy not to go yet. I need her to wait until I come back from the mall.' Then he showed me a very nice photo of himself. He was laughing. He then told me 'I want mommy to take my picture with her so she won't forget me.' 'I love my mommy and I wish she didn't have to leave me, but daddy says that she has to go to be with my little sister.' Then he looked again at the doll with sad eyes, very quietly. I quickly reached for my wallet and said to the boy. 'Suppose we check again, just in case you do have enough money for the doll!'' OK' he said, 'I hope I do have enough.' I added some of my money to his without him seeing and we started to count it. There was enough for the doll and even some spare money. The little boy said, 'Thank you God for giving me enough money!' Then he looked at me and added, 'I asked last night before I went to sleep for God to make sure I had enough money to buy this doll, so that mommy could give it to my sister. He heard me!'' 'I also wanted to have enough money to buy a white rose for my mommy, but I didn't dare to ask God for too much. But He gave me enough to buy the doll and a white rose.'' 'My mommy loves white roses.' A few minutes later, the old lady returned and I left with my basket. I finished my shopping in a totally different state of mind from when I started. I couldn't get the little boy out of my mind. Then I remembered a local newspaper article two days ago, which mentioned a drunk man in a truck, who hit a car occupied by a young woman and a little girl. The little girl died right away and the mother was left in a critical state. The family had to decide whether to pull the plug on the life-sustaining machine because the young woman would not be able to recover from the coma. Was this the family of the little boy? Two days after this encounter with the little boy I read in the newspaper that the young woman had passed away. I couldn't stop myself as I bought a bunch of white roses and I went to the funeral home where the body of the young woman was for people to see and make last wishes before her burial. She was there, in her coffin, holding a beautiful white rose in her hand with the photo of the little boy and the doll placed over her chest. I left the place, teary-eyed, feeling that my life had been changed forever. The love that the little boy had for his mother and his sister is still, to this day, hard to imagine, and in a fraction of a second, a drunk driver had taken all this away from him. Now you have 2 choices: (1) Copy & Paste this on your wall (2) Ignore it as if it never touched your heart.

Was so tired yesterday but I managed to do 3 cloth pads for my mum. She has oredi menopause but she got hemorrhoids and it irritates her when there is liquid from there. So, this will be good for her to feel more comfortable as she need not worry on wetting her pants or skirt.

Trip to Malacca

On the Merdeka 2011, we went to Malacca for a getaway trip. It's a 1 day trip. Din expect for the place to be so crowded. Majority was Chinese. The Malays are celebrating raya at ppl's house I guess. Wanted to have the famous chicken ball rice but it's packed with ppl. All were queuing outside for their turn. Ian couldn't stand the heat so I suggested to have our lunch in shopping mall. After lunch we headed to Crocodile Farm. Jokingly I told Ian that I will not bring him n Elise home. They will be the meal for the crocodile. Both were shouting for mercy. Haha.... Overall, the trip was fun n the kids really enjoying it.

Trip to Pulau Ketam for Lunch

Yesterday was mummy's birthday. We celebrated it today at Pulau Ketam to have seafood lunch. This is the 1st trip for the kids to P. Ketam. 1st time for Elise and Eugene to take 'boat'. We sense that Elise has travel sickness by 'boat' as she stay quiet n sleep throughout the whole through and fro journey. Whereas, Ian and Eugene enjoyed. The kids had the most fun there and thank god weather was not hot today.

Home Made Bento

Funfair

We went to the funfair at Bukit Tinggi yesterday and today. It was a short one yesterday due to I were in a rush. Ian was not satisfied so I promised him to go again the next day. Luckily he was well behaved. So as promised we went there again today. The kids of coz enjoying their rides n our pocket pulak became thinner. I did not ride in since Eugene also need to pay as it's not worth. Some photos of them enjoying themselves.

Physiotherapy for Eugene

On last Tuesday (28.06.11), I brought Eugene to Botanic's KKIA for his routine check up. They later refereed Eugene to the physiotherapy department.

The specialist then teach me a few ways to stimulate Eugene's movement which I then tell my MIL on how to massage Eugene n a few exercise to be done hourly. Just hoping that Eugene will catch up on all in not a stressful way.

1 day trip to the Waterfall n Strawberry Park

On Agong's Birthday we had a day trip to Batang Kali's waterfall and we also visited the strawberry park since both distance are only gap for 5km. The kids enjoyed playing with the water even though it's cold. I'm no fans at all with the water. I just love the scenery there.

At the Strawberry Park, Ian enjoyed plucking his own strawberries. Overall it's a 1 full tiring day. But it's so worth it looking at the kids smiling face.

Burned Biscuits

Mom liked to make breakfast food for dinner every now and then. And I remember one night in particular when she had made breakfast after a long, hard day at work. That evening, mom placed a plate of eggs, sausage and extremely burned biscuits in front of dad. I remember waiting to see if anyone noticed.

All dad did was reach for his biscuit, smiled at mom and asked me how my day was at school. I don't remember what I told him that night, but I do remember watching him smear butter and jelly on that biscuit and ate every bite.

When I got up from the table, I remember hearing mom apologize to dad for burning the biscuits. And I'll never forget what he said: Honey, I love burned biscuits.

Later that night, I went to kiss Daddy good night and asked him if he really liked his biscuits burned. He wrapped me in his arms and said, "Your Momma put in a hard day at work today and she's real tired. And besides - a little burnt biscuit never hurt anyone!"

You know, life is full of imperfect things.....and imperfect people. I'm not the best at hardly anything, and I forget birthdays and anniversaries just like everyone else.

What I've learned over the years is that learning to accept each others' faults - and choosing to celebrate each others differences - is one of the most important keys to creating a healthy, growing, and lasting relationship.

Because in the end, you are the master of your own life - to be happy or unhappy, to be positive or negative.

We could extend this to any relationship. In fact, understanding is the base of any relationship, be it a husband-wife or parent-child or friendship.

Don't put the key to your happiness in someone else's pocket - keep it in your own. So please pass me a biscuit, and yes, the burnt one will do just fine ...

Totally agree with this. We should live life happy n not to show off, hurt each other n etc...

Update on Eugene

It's been long since my last update. Today's post will be all about Eugene. Eugene was being considered a preemie boy since he was born on week35. He only weight at 2.2kg n thank god we get to go home together the very next day. Eugene was different from Ian n Elise when come to weight gaining. The 2 kor kor n jea jea gained weight very fast. Eugene at 11 months now only stand at 6.6kg. Yes he's way too tiny. Again among the 3, he was the strongest one with less sick. In the other hand, he was a little slow with his development. Slow in balancing himself. At 11 months now he just learned how to sit by himself. Still no sign of him trying to stand by himself.

His know :
- clapping hands
- responding to his loved ones
- say bye bye n also waving
- asking for his milk instead of crying for them
- will follow on humming songs when the kids sing along
- sleep by himself
- playing knocking head
- sit by himself
That is all I can remember for the moment.

There will be more follow up in the hospital which has been scheduled. Just hope that all the result will be perfect.

Why Do People Make Fun of Others

Ego-centric Entertainment
Well, there are a few good answers to this, one reason is that they are looking for pure entertainment. For example, a person makes fun of someone for having bushy eye brows or wearing something that is unusual. They find this funny as does everyone around them. When someone makes fun of another person it is also to be funny and to get attention. They feel it will make them more popular and liked if they are funny.

Overrating Themselves
Another reason is because they are sad inside and do it to cheer themselves up. Also, smart people are often made fun of. This happens because they know that they are nowhere near as smart as the person they are making fun of. When they make fun of a smart person, it takes attention away from that person's knowledge and puts it on the person making fun. People make fun of others because privately, they think they are better than the others they are making fun of.

Low Self-Esteem
People with low self-esteem will try to bring you down to their level through insults, teasing, name-calling or any other form of psychological abuse, whatever it takes to lower their own self-loathing. The psychological term for this is called "leveling", and it's fairly common among those who privately have a low opinion of themselves. Rather than resort to outright self-destructive behavior, they will try to chip away at you by pointing out and/or exaggerating your perceived shortcomings either to you directly or in a subtle way to her friends in the form of humour or insults. It's a weaker person's way of trying to look better than you. Call it self elevation. First they try to put you down. Then and only then can they feel elevated. They seldom or never receive praise from anyone. (Probably because they are always putting other people down). So they have to create it for themselves.

How to Be Happy with Yourself
Some people think that they'd be truly happy with themselves if they had a perfect body, a high-powered job, a lot of money or fame. However, there are plenty of well-known, well-off, attractive people who aren't happy. The opposite is also true. Dr. Robert Biswas-Diener, who works in the field of positive psychology, surveyed a group of Maasai warriors in Kenya about their happiness. The Maasai don't generally have the things that people in the developed world consider to be happiness generators, such as material wealth. But they still overwhelmingly think of themselves as happy. This doesn't mean that wealthy people can't be happy -- it just means that being wealthy doesn't automatically confer happiness. The same goes for any other attribute.

Being happy with yourself isn't so much about pursuing it, but finding things that you can do to help you recognize your happiness. In this article, we'll examine a few of these ways, starting with accepting yourself.

Self-acceptance
The concept of self-acceptance is pretty basic on the surface. It means recognizing that you're a highly complex individual who is OK just as you are. It requires you to embrace everything about yourself -- including those things that you perceive as weaknesses or flaws. This is different from self-esteem, which is a measurement of how worthy we see ourselves.

Some people think that self-acceptance means ceasing to strive for personal growth, but the two concepts aren't incompatible at all. There's nothing wrong with wanting to learn and become a better person, but self-acceptance is about living in the present, not the past or the future. Speaking of personal growth, next we'll look at another important key in being happy with yourself: setting attainable goals.

Goal-setting Studies
There's a famous goal-setting study that was conducted at Yale University in 1953. Seniors graduating that year were asked if they had goals for the future, and 3 percent responded in the affirmative. In 1973, researchers checked back and discovered that those who had specific goals when they graduated were far wealthier 20 years later than the 97 percent who didn't. Countless self-help gurus from Tony Robbins to Zig Ziglar have cited this study. The problem is that the study didn't happen -- it appears to be an urban legend.

There's no way to prove that goal setting equals financial success. However, recent studies, such as a 2007 study conducted at the Dominican University of California, have shown that people who write down their goals and update friends with their progress tend to be more successful in meeting their goals than those who simply think about them [source: Dominican University of California].

Our relationships with others typically play a huge part in our happiness. If one of your goals is to improve and strengthen your personal relationships, consider the importance of forgiveness.

Learn to Forgive
You've probably been taught that forgiving someone who causes you pain is a good thing, while holding a grudge against the person is a bad thing. But like so many other worthy

Doctor, writer and philosopher Deepak Chopra suggests that learning to forgive is a process. It begins with realizing that you are in charge of your own emotions. You have no control over what anybody else does, but you can choose how to react. Then, you focus on your emotions and exactly how you felt when that person wronged you. You may have a mix of emotions -- go ahead and name them. Try to examine the situation from the other person's point of view, or as an impartial observer. Next, discuss your feelings with someone else. It could be the person you're trying to forgive, or just a trusted friend. Consider writing about how the incident made you feel. Some people choose to symbolically "get rid" of their feelings by writing them down and then burning the paper. Chopra suggests that you end by celebrating your new-found freedom in some way, such as hanging out with friends.

Although "forgive" is often followed by "forget," there's a difference between dwelling on the incident and forgetting it. Remembering is an act of self-preservation, and perhaps it can help you avoid being in the situation in the future. You can forgive without forgetting. It's not necessary to confront or otherwise let the person know that you have forgiven them, unless you really want to. Ultimately, learning to forgive is about forgiving yourself for holding on to the negative emotions.

Ian saw ghost :O

Today's GUESS, GUESS, GUESS, channel played some encounter ghost actions. After the show, I went back to face my laptop, Andy went to take his bath and Ian craving for tidbits. So he went to the fridge to see wat is there for him to munch... He suddenly came to me and told me he saw a ghost. I was shocked and ask him where. He told me the story in mandarin,let me direct translate. I want to eat, so I went to open the fridge door. I turned n suddenly saw ghost. Rupa-rupanya the ghost was Elise (she was actually following Ian from behind to see wat her brother do, but she followed slowly with no sound at all) and Elise was also shocked when Ian shocked. So both also terkejut. When Elise came out from the kitchen she came to me with her hand beating her chest in another way to say she was scared. This abang and adik got lots of funny acts.

How did we celebrated our Deepavali

I've got a date with my schoolmates. We actually thought of eating sushi buffet but was fully booked. We ended up eating at 1Utama, Seoul Garden. Very nice place, will plan to eat there again next round. Credits to my 3 kiddos especially Eugene for being so obedient on that day. Eugene slept all by himself in the stroller without me cuddling him.

Lunch at Bangsar

Last week we had our lunch at Sakae Sushi, Bangsar. The kids was not so behave on that day. Elise was extremely bising on that day. Some other people there had an irritating feelings toward us. They might be thinking, don't come out if u can't make ur kids behave. But we with big family (ummphh... I always thought it's only 3 of us but now must officially say I got big family :p), we too need entertainment and enjoyment. Kids problem... Sometimes they are super good otherwise they will act wild. Mine not that wild actually.. It's just they like screaming and talking out loud at their own seat. Sitting wise I've trained them to remain seated until we leave a restaurant. Back to my story... Elise was speaking at her own language n some that we understand, but she was talking out loud. So we put our fingers across our mouth and say ssshhhhhh. She ignored us n continued on her own talking. Then suddenly a waiter there trying to play with her and talked to her quite loudly. The 1st thing Elise did was sssshhhhh... with her finger across her mouth n stared at that waiter. Andy and I laughed, we din know how on earth we got a cheeky daughter.. our one and only daughter.

Eugene's Otolaryngology

On last Monday I brought Eugene for his Otolaryngology appointment at the Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital. It's at the new building (specialist). When we reach there, we were stucked in a long queue. I din notice there was a special lane for warga tua and for baby below 1 years old until a nurse approach me. After getting the number and waited for quite sometime and paid RM5, we head to the Otolaryngology place. I was asked to wait again at another waiting hall. I was supposed to put Eugene to sleep but he woke up when the doctor putting wires on him. It was hard to put him back to sleep after that. Leaving us with no choice, Eugene was given sleeping syrup which he only managed to sleep after 15minutes. The doctor then continue to connect wires on him and placing a headphone over Eugene's head. What I could hear from my side was 'tak tak tak tak tak' and the pc screen like life line. Dunno what was really on about the test, but the end result from the doctor was... he's all fine with no hearing problem. I'm all relieve again. A mother's worries has no end...

Ian's Big Day, (4th Birthday)

On last Tuesday I purposely took leave to celebrate Ian's birthday. We celebrated it twice, 1st with Ian's schoolmates and 2nd with the family members. I'm not sure if Ian knows what is birthday. In his mind it might be only candle blowing and eating cakes and kfc. Mummy the only one doing all the hard work with the little help from Elise. In the morning as we reach Ian's kindergarden, Elise was surrounded with all the little students which suddenly make Elise look like a superstar. The teacher there also couldn't get her eyes off Elise and carry her while teaching. Haha.. After that at night my mum came over with my sis's kids for 2nd celebration. Overall... the kids enjoy their time very very much.

All About Elise Lee

Elise is now 1 year and 8 months old. Compared to Ian, she is consider a fast learner. She can understand things very well but a little slow at talking. One thing I'm proud of her is I never tends to potty or toilet train her but she is now going through toilet train all by herself. Even when she's wearing cloth diaper she'll still let us know that she wanna go toilet n will refuse to wear cd after that. I think it's time to buy a few more training pants for her. The one piece I bought for her is a little too big. Overall, I feel lucky and happy to have her as my kiddie. A Beautiful Sunday

Last Sunday we went for our brunch at Klang Parade. Makan sushi... The kids also enjoy. Credit to Eugene for being a good boy and sleep by himself without us noticing.

On last Saturday, I followed Ian's school trip to McDee Kitchen and Aerospace. We enjoyed the day together and Ian told me to follow again tomoro. As if the school trip is everyday, haha. It was a fantastic school trip, I can say. Ian got to fly a jet (ok... it's a pc one that look real).

Today I took leave since mil need to do the ghost festival prayers. A relax day for me? No not really. I need to take care of Eugene and Elise. Ian needs to go to school. To spend some of my free time when Elise and Eugene sleeping, I sew. There again I did another S size CD. Love to see the cute little diapers.

Newborn Diaper

I love to see tiny little diapers. Eugene is slightly smaller compared to his brother and sister, that gave me reason to make a nb diaper and I like it. It's an aio diaper with 5 layers of bamboo fleece and still the diaper look trim.

I've been very very emotional these few weeks. Not that because of my new work load (nothing to do with it). I'm just sick with the attitude of people. I never back stab people before. I do talk bad but it's just for the sake of talking but never mean to back stab people. That is because I know how it hurts back stabbing someone. I also cried a lot of times recently. And the reason behind is just to release my tension and not to have people's attention. If some thinks that I cry just to have attention... I'm speechless. Wat I need is just a simple living life. I know some people who has better brain and better standard of living. Just do it your way then but don't hurt other people. I swear to god that I never back stab anyone before no matter how I was forced to. I just hope those who back stab me to have a good karma but or course u can always choose your own life. I still believe that good people will be blessed. I want back my HAPPY life!!!

APM organised a family day at Shah Alam's Wetworl on last Saturday. Few of my colleagues did not go and gave me the tickets. This morning all 3 kids woke up early. Since I were going to visit a x-colleague gave birth to a baby girl, so we decided to go out early today. After visiting my x-colleague and her little baby girl we went to eat dim sum. We were undecided where to go. I suggested a shopping mall that we never go before. So, we headed to Empire at Subang.

Today I need to bring Eugene for brain scanning. A scheduled appointment. I asked my mummy to accompany me in case I needs to go to the ladies. I was totally zero on how the procedure will be. The nurse gave a 5ml syringe of medicine for Eugene to drink. After I feed Eugene only I knew it was medicine to put him to sleep. When Eugene was sound asleep, we head to another room where the scan take place. It's just similar to our preggy scan. The doctor then start the scan. That was when I suddenly felt so uneasy of this scan. In my mind, all kinds of question pooping out thinking wwhat if the dr. say something bad and bla bla. After around 5-10minutes of scanning (maybe it's not that long but because of me thinking rubbish that is why I felt like it's taking forever), the dr. then looked at me.. stare at me... then continue to the screen. OMG.. this dr. is just testing my patient. He then asked another dr. to come and do the scan. That dr. just scan here a bit and there abit... and looked at me again, he then smile and told me he's ok, he's normal. Yes, I heard him right... Eugene had a big head but according to doctor, he's NORMAL. What a relief.

I actually took a day off today. So this is wat I did...

Genting trip

On last Saturday, we went to Genting for a 2 days 1 night stay. We stayed at Genting Resort Hotel. This was a forth time trip for Ian, 2nd trip for Elise and 1st trip for Eugene to Genting.

I remember when we were small, everytime we passby this we will know that we're on our way to Genting. My mum was a strict mum, so no question to be asked when we travel.

The hotel is so nice. The wardrobe has 2 sliding doors, one from the room and another from the toilet. We can actually by pass from the wardrobe to the toilet. I tends to be cheeky and did some magic for Ian to see. He went like mummy can do magic!!! Wakaka.... Kids...
The kids enjoy their time they by playing all the indoor games. After the kids sleep and after informing my mum, Andy and I sneak out to have our time. I was so hungry and the only things to eat at that wee hour was only fast food. We then went to Casino after the makan. Those ppl working in casino really doesn't know how to smile. I remember telling Andy that if I would to play, I'll find a handsome guy place... like that loss also syok. hehe... We din gamble after all. Believe it or not, we were lost in the casino, couldn't find our way out. :p

We had over lunch at Papa John today ad Jaya Jusco Bukit Tinggi. My food was sort of ok (maybe due to my hungriness). But my colleagues commented theirs suck. No need to mention on the super duper bad bad service given. This will be our 1st and our last time.

Family Hair Cut and Fun Fair Day on a Sunday

Since Ian will start school on next Monday, he need a nice hair cut. Andy was also complaining on his hair getting long oredi, MIL too complaining Elise hair is long and me myself complaining my hair is long. Wakaka! To make story short, we left Eugene with my MIL and 4 of us went to cut our hair short.

We started of with Elise 1st. She moves alot so she needs to sit on my lap for her hair cut while Daddy happy looking.

Next it's Ian's turn. He is now more discipline when getting his hair cut. He used to tilt his head one side when getting his hair cut. Bravo Ian...

Now it's daddy turn 1st then mummy will be the last one and longest cut. Ian keep on asking why it take so long to cut ur hair. Hehe...

Later in the night we went to Fun Fair and again we left Eugene with my MIL.

I didn't take photo of Ian and me on the Merry go Round coz I'm afraid of height. Manage to snap Elise with daddy n a night scene from the top of the merry go round. I remember asking when the thing will stop as I'm feeling scared. Ian turns out to be HERO and hug me say no need to feel scared, Ian's here. Aiyoh, I now realised how my son grew up to be a little young man.

A day Off for Myself

Today I took emergency leave, it's time to clear leave before the end year. Don't wanna struggle to clear leave. But funniest part was I still went to work as usual. Why? Cos other than boss and colleagues no one else know I was on leave not even Andy and my MIL. At 9am, I accompanied my colleague Ida (she was on leave too) to send her sister, Adira (those who follow AF8 in Astro will know who is she) to KL Sentral.

While Adira having her press conference session, we went to Berjaya Time Square. It's been so long after my last traveling with Monorail. And the only thing I get from Time Square was a dress.

We then headed to Mid Valley to fetch Adira when she called informing that she's at Mid Valley. While we seated at a corner in McDonald waiting for Adira (She was standing at the front of Mc Dee), I felt so funny when I see some fans of Adira going like...eeh Adiralah... & some even walk pass her for let say more than twice. They can actually request for a little photo session, tak penat ke jalan? Ok it's oredi time to go home, fetch the kids, cook rice, bla bla bla...

Beg Organiser

I love using big handbags as I can put a lot of things. But to big beg user, do u all face any problem when u need something... u actually need to dig through the whole beg? Me... especially when my handphone rings, I'll tends to dig left and right to see where it is hidden. I sometimes need to pour out my belongings from the beg to get what I was looking for. So, I did a beg organiser for myself. This is not a new thing, to buy one is not cheap so I rather make use of my XL 2630 and fabric. This is how it looks like. Those interested, I'm selling it at RM15.

When I need to change hand beg, I'll just need to take the whole organiser to the new hand beg instead of transferring my stuffs item per item.

This is very easy to make. I'll make another two for Ian as pencil case and colour pencil case. At least when the colour pencils slip from the hand it will not scattered on the floor.

I received a fluffy mail today in the office. My colleague who collect the parcel for me asked me wat's in it. Which I really couldn't recalled wat did I purchased online... Blur....

I decided to go for a wild wild guess before opening the package which I gave up in the end.

Now I remember a gift from a seller(I bought some cloth diapers from her). It's a sort of Congratulation gift. Yah, it came 2 months later... but I appreciated it very much. Thanx, babystuff2u. I like the gift.

Family Day with (Hubby) Friends

Not enuf with yesterday's outing to waterfall, I feel like going to Ikea today. With green light from Andy, I quickly get ready everything from kids milk powder to cloth diapers to bathing them. Suddenly received a call from Andy's friends saying they are on the way to our house oredi :( No outing? Mahjong session pulak. But I still force them saying we wanna go IKEA!!! Turns out all were interested. Oh good.... It's been ages since our last outing together. Last time, we only need 1 MPV with 4 friends n wife/gf. Now... we need to have 2 MPV to go out. At times I have also forgotten that my family alone oredi 5 person. I did mention about "... hey, it's only 3 of us (Andy, Ian and me)" Then everyone laugh and ask me to learn how to count. :P

Sampai only... alamak, car park full. Andy's friend was daring to park his car just outside of Ikea. I kept my mouth shut, after all it's not my car. hehe....

Kids in trolley and each of them holding PSP. Kids nowadays are so lucky. Ian was seated center, looking at people's PSP instead of playing his. No photo session in Ikea, not allowed. We then had our lunch in a taiwanese restaurant called Xian Ding Wei. The kids prefer sitting at another corner.

After all of us were seated only I did head count. Let me see, 9 adults and 7kids (Wah... so many of us and glad we were still able to go shopping even though everyone happily married with their own family except 1 still waiting(dunno for who) . Some yummy foods that we take. There's alot of ordering but I was damn hungry, no more photo session once my food arrive.

Then, we headed to The Curve Shopping Mall. Ian forced me to take photos with he's favourite characters from the movie/cartoon.

We then decided to call it a day, going home at 7pm. Alamak bad luck pulak... We've got a flat tyre and all of us need to come down from the car n have the tyre fixed. Hehe, some photo session from me again. See me in background from the car?

Oh yah, the only thing I get from Ikea was only a fleece blanket (for my sewing project) and a window wiper (it's that what we call?).

A short trip to the Waterfall on Agong's Birthday.

My mummy called up in the morning to asked whether I got the interest to go Waterfall or not. Having an empty mind, I told her that I'll check with Andy 1st. (Mummy and I have the same feeling.. sure don't want). But I got a positive feedback. Yes, out from the house on a nice Public Holiday. So at nearly 12pm only we moved out from the house. Due to Andy's stubborndity who doesn't wanna follow the instruction of my GPS, we only reached the Waterfall at Cheras (Sungai Gabai) at 1pm (suppose to reach there at 12:30pm according to GPS). The place was packed with people. We managed to get a nice parking which doesn't need us to walk that far. There were total of 6 kids (my sis's 2 kid and my young cousin) in the car. And ya, this was a 1st trip for Elise and Eugene to the waterfall. Haha... yes I brought Eugene along, never leave my kids behind. I took some photos since I won't be able to play with the water (I don't like cold water :P), need to look after Eugene.

Sewing Machine Model XL 2630

During my confinement at home, I were too busy with happenings with DA which makes me have the urge to do one thing after another. In my mind were it's time for me to get a sewing machine. I wanna do DIY. Eventually on last Saturday nite, while viewing the sewing machine... maybe it is by purposed I purchased the Brothers XL 2630 (psss... I told my hubby that it was an accident coz charged to his credit card ) So 1st thing on Sunday morning, we went to collect my new toy home.

The very 1st attempt I did was a cd with the pattern I got from internet. I just couldn't resist on not showing of the so called fitted I do. Some of the mamas has oredi see this. But if u see properly, there is cacat here n there. But I'm satisfied with wat I did.

The 2nd attemp is a cover. Still using the kitty print. Wanna finish up the cut ones.

3rd attempt.... A fleece soaker. Oh my, this was hard, coz there is no instruction on how to do it. I need to sit down long to figure out wat to do next. But I manage to do a soaker out of it. Luckily it turns out ok, if not the whole thing will end up in my rubbish bin.

I'm now so tempted to do even more things. Even though it's not as nice as ready made but at least these are with my both hands.

My colleagues.. almost everyone on earth don't believe I can suddenly get mad into sewing as I'm those outing person. Guess with Junior 3 means outing will be less oredi. :( Anyway, a new hobby to pass my time.

DIY during confinement.

On the 1st month of the confinement, I spent all of my time surfing the net to see everything. DIY caught my eyes. So, in the 2nd month... I did a lot of DIY with my mini sewing machine I got for my birthday. These is what I did.

Towel hood for the kids. I just added the top to cover their head. It's really much more convenient in that way. And see how my kids like it.

Wondering my meaning of octopus? I'm having an octopus right now with me. Elise is so sticky to me these 2 days. Couldn't let go off her at all. Even when she oredi sleep on me, I tried to move her to the mattress but then she will start crying. I'll need to carry her again. In the other hand, Ian wants tapping for him to drift on to his nap. Aaaarrgghhh... somebody, help me pls. I pray to god for Eugene to have his good nap in the rocker. Now this is wat I call peaceful.

Counting Days to be Backed to Work....

Bored... Bored... Bored... I'm suppose to start work tomoro. But my kids nanny (my MIL) need to do 100 days prayer for her recent loss of her mother. And since Friday is a Public Holiday, I don't wanna start work on Thursday then days off. So, I extend another 2 days leave. Should I feel happy or should I feel sad to return to work? I dunno... When I'm at home, I feel like working and vise versa. But when I start work, then I'll have less time with my kids. Hehe... Just can't have everything at the same time. Conclusion, I'm starting work on next Monday on 31st May 2010. Cheer up, it's back to work days!
